Job Description
Workster is collaborating with a leading company to hire German-speaking Customer Service Specialists for their growing team in Malaga - this includes a relocation package if you do not live there currently.
This is a full-time role, where you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or product upgrades. Provide excellent service while identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upgrading purchased products when applicable.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Excellent German skills (C1 minimum) with good command of English .
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Relocation package if you are not in Malaga already
