Location - Goregaon West, Mumbai

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via calls or emails or chats
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Preferred Candidate Profile
- At least 0 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in BPO sector for voice process and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in non-voice process/banking sector for non-voice process
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work in rotational or night shifts
- HSC with at least 6 months of experience in the relevant field
