Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to join our team, focusing on the EMEA region .


This is a critical, customer-facing role dedicated to driving platform adoption and ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes from a deep technical perspective.


The ideal candidate will leverage their hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform products, such as BigQuery (BQ) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) , to technically guide customers through implementation and value realization.  Our product's mission is to help customers lower their spend while maximizing performance.


The CSE is instrumental in helping customers realize this mission through the Rabbit platform, specifically by enabling them to utilize Rabbit's automated optimization capabilities.
