💻 Position: Customer Success Specialist
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Prahlad Nagar
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days, Sat & Sun - working, 1 week off between Mon-Fri
📌 Experience Required: 1-3 years.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Understand client goals, expectations, and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Customer Success & Support
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and support throughout project execution.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate internally for quick solutions.
