What You'll Own
• Answer customer inquiries via chat on Intercom (setup, integrations, workflow logic, routing, CRM connections).
• Fast response times required during office hours along with speedy resolutions while providing exceptional customer care service.
• Work inside Slack Connect channels with Business customers (fast response culture).
