Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Zurich on a permanent basis. Employment: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide first level support for technical questions regarding PV products
- Register the customer support requests
- Identify the issue and propose a solution, track the progress
- Activate integral support (e.g. escalate to second level)
- Communicate with customers in written form and by phone
- Provide high‑quality support to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Required Education & Trainings: Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences, or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering, or apprenticeship in electrical field
- Background and interest in power electronics such as inverters and battery storage systems, good IT know‑how
