CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

We are hiring CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join us in DPEXi brands.

• Reporting at Changi South office
• 5.5 days work week (with permanent Saturday WFH)
• 11am to 7pm Duty Hours Monday to Friday
• Communicate clearly in standard Business English to respond to customer inquiries and support requests
• Process customer orders accurately via e-mail within stipulated response times to ensure timely service delivery
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations and resolve customer issues
• Use Microsoft Office and Google Docs to prepare and manage documents related to customer support tasks
• Adapt quickly by learning new skills through relevant courses provided to enhance job performance
