We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Support & Dispatch Coordinator to assist with phone operations, technician coordination, and customer management tasks. In this role, you'll act as a communication hub for our garage door service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and field technicians. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls for garage door repair services.
- Collect customer details including contact info, addresses, service needs, and preferred appointment times.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers and technicians.
- Manage WhatsApp groups with technicians in Washington DC and Maryland.
- Distribute work orders from advertising partners to the appropriate technicians.
