Job Description
Own customer support at StupidFish. Set up our system (HelpScout), design and build to integrate, and operate smoothly to ensure all of our users are provided with top-tier support. This is a build + run + improve role, not a reply to tickets all day job.
What You'll Do
- Set up and run Help Scout (inboxes, workflows, automations, Gmail integration, eventually Instagram DMs)
- Be the voice of support—handle questions, billing issues, bugs, and confusion with clarity and empathy
- Build a help center, FAQs, and SOPs so support scales beyond you
- Flag patterns and share insights that improve the product
- Recommend better tools, automation, or when we need more humans
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years in customer support, CX, or operations
- Ability and willingness to
take charge
of architecting, setting up, and continuously improving our customer support system - not just using it day to day.
