Work Mode: 100% onsite

Shift Schedule: Rotational (Graveyard mostly)

NOTE: Interview will be On-site

We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our team in IT Park and Mactan, Cebu. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service across Financial, Satellite Radio, Retail, Healthcare, and Education accounts.

Requirements:

• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate

• Minimum 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience

• Good English communication skills

• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

• Willing to work rotational shifts, including graveyard shifts
