Eligibility Criteria
✅ Undergraduates (UG) with minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
✅ Graduates (Freshers Welcome!)
✅ Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Key Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
