At Gonmisol, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our commercial and operations activities in a B2B, regulated environment.
This role is key to ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, documentation and operational inquiries.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring accurate and timely order management and customer follow-up.
- Enter and manage commercial orders in the ERP system.
- Track offers, opportunities and pending orders in the CRM system.
- Prepare, send and follow up on technical and commercial documentation (CoAs, specifications, SDS, etc.).
