Customization & Sourcing Manager

Role Summary

The Customization and Sourcing Manager will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain. This role is responsible for leading the sourcing and customization of vaping hardware, providing great support in the product development processes and product cost management.

Role Responsibilities

Sourcing and Supplier Base Management

• Lead onshore customization sourcing initiatives and oversee supplier base management, negotiating pricing, terms, and lead times to optimize cost and performance
• Manage and maintain positive supplier relationships, ensuring business is on good standing
• Develop Should-Cost models to understand vape hardware product costs, negotiating with contract manufacturers for the best pricing
• Work closely with the Product department, engage early on to align on cost targets and manufacturing capabilities
