Customs Brokerage Executive

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Custom Brokerage Executive to lead our onsite customs operations at Customer's premises. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of customs processes, and the ability to ensure full compliance while supporting smooth daily operations within an in-plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the in-plant customs team to ensure all processes run smoothly, accurately, and without failure .
• Guide and supervise staff to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
• Provide training, onboarding, and continuous guidance to new and existing team members.
• Plan, arrange, and manage staff work schedules to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback and report performance status to management.
