CX Lead – Data Centre (Contract)

An experienced CX Lead is required for a large-scale data centre project in The Netherlands. This is a long-term contractor opportunity on an established campus with further phases already planned.

The Role:

• Lead the full commissioning (CX) process from pre-commissioning through to final handover
• Own the commissioning strategy, programme, and readiness planning
• Manage MEP commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) activities
• Coordinate commissioning across MEP, BMS, controls contractors, and specialist vendors
• Ensure systems are delivered safely, compliantly, and in line with programme milestones
• Manage commissioning documentation, test scripts, snagging, and close-out
