Job Description
You will manage and maintain master data in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Your work will make sure data is accurate and consistent so the business can run smoothly across products, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.
Main responsibilities
Master data maintenance
- Create, update, and manage master data in D365 F&O, such as:
- Items / released products
- Product categories and attributes
- BOMs and formulas (including versions, approval, and activation)
- Inventory dimensions (site/warehouse/location, batch/serial where applicable)
- Units of measure and other item-related setup needed for daily operations
- Follow and enforce data standards (naming rules, duplication checks, required fields).
Data uploads and mass updates
- Upload and update data using:
- Data Management (DMF)
- Excel add-in
- Standard templates
