Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and turnover data per model and per dealer using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Excel-based reports on sales performance, inventory status, and demand trends.
- Assist in sales forecasting, allocation, and target-setting for branches and dealers based on data analysis.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through data and ensure accuracy of records in the system.
- Track purchase orders and sales transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Provide data insights and summary reports to management to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments by providing requested reports and data analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related courses.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
