Title: Data Analyst / Data Scientist – Customer Data & Analytics
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Data & Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, experimentation, and real-world business decision-making. You will work with one of the largest and most comprehensive customer data sets in Canada, digging through a massive data lake to uncover insights that directly shape loyalty strategy, marketing performance, retail operations, and merchandising decisions.
This is a role for someone who enjoys asking sharp questions, forming testable hypotheses, running live experiments, and translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insight.
