Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to capture, store, and analyze Production and Test claims data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extensive reporting of claims matches and mismatches, trend analysis using data analytics, and ad hoc reporting based on business requirements. This role requires a self-starter who can take the lead and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
• Capture, store, and compare Production and Test claims data
• Generate extensive reports on claims matches and mismatches based on variance thresholds
• Perform trend analysis to identify and report on emerging data patterns
• Provide additional ad hoc reporting as required by Business and IT
• Independently drive initiatives and manage reporting tasks with minimal guidance
