Data Analyst I (Strong experience with Python and SQL)

The Data Analyst converts complex healthcare and risk adjustment data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights. Through reports, dashboards, and analytical models, this role directly supports financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for both clients and internal teams.

This position functions as a subject matter expert across three key domains:

• Expertise in business intelligence, databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, SQL, Python, and analytical best practices to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.
• Healthcare Risk Adjustment & Health Plan Data
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial risk adjustment programs to ensure accurate interpretation, reporting, and application of industry‑specific data.
