Robert Half is hiring for an Implementation Manager – HRIS / Workforce Management during a 6 month contract, working in two different Knox County locations.
Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead a Workforce Management system transition from Infor WFM to Workday. This role will oversee the implementation effort, coordinate across business, IT, and external partners, and provide leadership to analysts supporting the project.
Prior experience with both Infor WFM and Workday is required.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and support a team of WFM/HRIS analysts
+ Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners
