Job Description
The Data Analyst will provide analysis to Sales and Customer Care team of commercial data supporting policy deployment initiatives in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating user requirements, applications and processes. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business growth in the current and new revenue streams.
Major Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate data from multiple sources; analyze, reconcile, and identify measurable opportunities for improvement.
Identify and implement audit processes to ensure data issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business.
Create and maintain workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements.
