+ Segment customer base for the implementation of campaigns. Monitor and evaluate outbound campaigns via all channels: CRC, emails, BTQ network etc.
+ Create detailed reporting along with meaningful dashboards of CRM KPIs per channel, segment, geographical area etc.
+ Evaluate, report and leverage the results of analytics models (value-based segmentation, behavioral segmentation, propensity-to-buy, shopping preferences, propensity to churn etc.)
+ Contribute to the promos pre-evaluation, forecasting the respectiv...
