Data & Analytics Business Analyst

The Business Analyst  will work in conjunction with the Analytics team to develop functional technical requirements at Cornerstone.  Working closely with business stakeholders, IT and third parties the candidate will work to develop solid business requirements documents and project deliverables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management
   1. Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize analytics and reporting needs
   2. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
   3. Maintain structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and backlog items in alignment with Agile practices
   4. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making
