What you'll need
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, preferably in HR analytics. Familiarity with SAP HCM, SQL Server, Success Factors, Tableau, Power BI or QlikView a plus. Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required. Key skills
