Proclinical is seeking a motivated individual for a Data Analytics & Digital Business / Data Modelling role. This position focuses on enhancing employee lifecycle journeys and implementing AI-driven feedback mechanisms within the pharmaceutical and oncology sectors. You will play a key role in defining reporting requirements, managing technical validations, and establishing governance frameworks to optimize digital experiences. 
Responsibilities:
Gather and document technical requirements for an employee experience reporting dashboard using Jira.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to propose structured improvements for employee experiences.
Develop mechanisms to track business impact and outcomes for the program.
Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts and tracking technical defects.
