Data Analytics Program Lead

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• 11–14 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering roles, including people leadership
• Proven experience managing teams in a global or offshore delivery model
• Strong ability to lead through influence, clarity, and structured execution

• Experience managing Data Engineers, Analysts, or similar technical roles
