We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Data Center Lead/Engineer to support ongoing build‑outs in data center facilities. This role is critical as we receive and install large volumes of incoming equipment, build out cage and office space, and prepare for major infrastructure transitions over the next two years. The ideal candidate is trainable, experienced in data center environments, and able to respond quickly to on-site needs. Large project phases will have additional team members flown in for support. Engineer will have a technician onsite to help them locally and they will act as the resource in Chicago.

Equipment Intake & Asset Management
Receive incoming equipment shipments on-site (no dock or storage available).
Unbox, inspect, and move pallets and hardware into designated office space.
Log and track all equipment in asset management systems.
