Role OverviewThis role provides technical support to end users for a variety of issues. The position involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems through ticketing systems. 
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to end users on a variety of issues.
Perform break/fix work, including diagnosing issues and replacing hardware components (drives, memory, PSUs, full server units). 
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
