Data Center Shift Lead: 24/7 Ops & Team Leadership

DayOne is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the operations of a team of shift technicians at our new data centre in Kouvola. This unique role requires leadership and expertise in managing critical building services while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Engineering or IT, have experience in data centre operations, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
