Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a dynamic technology company and a global leader in the data center space. The position will ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels for data center operations. This role includes computer hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and may also participate in an on‑call rotation. All candidates must be able to work independently and in a team. Establishing work priorities, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to respond quickly are essential to success. In addition to repairing computer equipment and networks, the candidate will install equipment, produce documentation, provide innovative solutions, and resolve problems inside the data center.
