Position: Data Centre Technician ( No interviews Required)
Location: Kulai, Johor
Salary: RM7,000 – RM 11,000
Contract: 12 Months Contract (6 months + 6 months)
Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotational Shift (Day & Night)
Responsibilities
- Support Data Centre operations in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Perform hardware break/fix activities and component replacements (e.g., hard drives, DIMMs, server components).
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, storage, and software application issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and support production server hardware and software.
- Assist with server operating system upgrades, patching, and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and basic switch‑related problems.
