• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer files, and databases.
• Coordinate with sales representatives, customers, and internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics.
• Ensure timely billing, collection follow-ups, and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
