Data Encoder

Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining sales, inventory and operational data of the supermarket. The role is to ensure that records are complete, correct, and properly organized to support efficient operations and reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode daily transaction, inventory movements, and purchase records
• Update product listings, prices, barcodes, and stock quantities in the system
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of supermarket documents
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of encoded information
• Verify data from sales reports, invoices, delivery receipts and stock cards

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School Graduate; college level preferred
• Experience in supermarket, retail, or inventory encoding is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic POS or inventory systems
