Sr Technical Recruiter at Mastech Digital
This job is for someone who makes sure data is flowing smoothly, accurately, and without problems across the company.
You will:
- Watch and monitor data systems to catch issues early
- Investigate and fix data problems when something goes wrong
- Work closely with the Lead Engineer and partners to solve technical challenges
- Make sure the company meets performance and reliability targets (SLAs)
- Handle incident response — find the root cause, fix it, and report it
- Work with modern data tools like Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, AWS services , and support data pipelines
It’s a hands‑on role where you are responsible for:
- Maintaining high quality
- Supporting system improvements
- Helping prevent future issues
