Contributes to the overall success of the Global Technology Services - Enterprise Process Management & Compliance's IT Service Management (ITSM)'s Governance, Data Analytics & Reporting globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Work closely with various stake holders like senior manager, team members, technology & business stakeholders.
Primary responsibility will be gathering, understanding & documenting the analytics requirements .
