Job Description
We are hiring detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support the digitization of building floorplans. This role involves accurately marking areas, assets, and shared resources within technical drawings. While the work is not conceptually complex, it requires extreme attention to detail and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review building floorplans provided by the client.
- Draw boxes/shapes to define areas and units.
- Mark objects and shared resources (electrical, water supply, drainage, chillers, etc.).
- Trace shared infrastructure to individual units.
- Ensure near-perfect accuracy in all submitted work.
- Follow standardized processes and documentation.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and methodical work style.
- Ability to follow precise instructions consistently.
- Intermediate English (required initially).
