Position Overview

The Admission, Discharge, Transfer Electronic Patient Record (ADT EPR) is a system that is the source client information that interfaces to other downstream systems used for patient care. The Data Integrity and Training Analyst will perform data analysis, information management and training for the EPR modules, EMR and chart tracking system including Monitoring data quality and working with other system organizations to resolve data quality issues. Facilitating continuous improvement in the quality of patient information across systems. Facilitating improvement of processes relating to registration, health records, and client data integrity. Facilitating the analysis, redesign and documentation of processes including business flow, transformation and current state/future state/gap analysis to ensure acceptance and compliance facilitating the delivery of training/retraining to users.
