The Data Integrity Technician is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining data integrity within the MPI for ProMedica. This includes remediation of duplicate medical record numbers, overlays and correction of demographic information in ten different software applications that serve the entire ProMedica System.
Primary Duties:
Performs remediation of duplicate medical record numbers, overlays and correction of demographic information in ProMedica EMR and registration systems. Analyzes electronic patient records and other tools to determine if a duplication of MPI resides in the EMR. Maintains established turnaround times for remediation of duplicate medical record numbers, overlays and correction of demographic information to support safe patient care.
