Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Data Manager'.

Key Criteria:

A broad range of experience in developing, operationalizing, and embedding people data and analytics solutions.
* Deep experience in process improvements and people data capability system uplift.
* Experience working with/or managing a reporting and analytics team including report developers, data analysts and business analysts.
* Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders including C-suite and Group executives.
