<div>Roles and Responsibilities.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>- Manage and maintain the centralized Knowledge Management System (KMS)<br /> - Ensure structured organization, tagging, and standardization of all data/documents<br /> - Drive data accuracy, consistency, and version control across departments<br /> - Coordinate with departmental SPOCs to collect, validate, and regularly update documents<br /> - Design metadata frameworks, taxonomy, and enable easy data retrieval/searchability<br /> - Establish SOPs and governance protocols for document and knowledge management<br /> - Track usage, generate reports, and identify gaps for continuous improvement<br /> <br /> The experience requirement should be 3-4 years.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div>
