- Clear documentation discipline, producing audit ready mapping specs, data dictionaries, and assumptions.
- Hands on data interrogation capability using SQL and advanced Excel; comfortable with file based and warehouse data.
- Effective stakeholder engagement, bridging business SMEs, data architects, and technology teams to clarify requirements
- High attention to detail with delivery focus, understanding downstream impacts on reporting, SLAs, and operations
