Acts as point-of contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage E2E operational queries and support to clients. Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality as well as engaging with stakeholders.
- Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements
- Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs
- Acts as the clients' advocate within NOC by providing feedback on clients' needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
- Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness
