In this engineering role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing Rumble's analytics and data platform. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will design schemas, handle complex data transformations, and ensure seamless BI workflows. Your technical background will be key as you manage data operations and model complex datasets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build data layers in Doris and Trino
• Translate ambiguous data requests into clear table designs
• Ingest and normalize messy data from multiple sources
• Implement safe data operations with DDL/DML knowledge
• Optimize SQL performance across various engines
Requirements:
• 4+ years in data engineering or analytics roles
• Deep SQL experience with multiple engines
• Hands-on experience with data lakes and formats
