Data Processing Specialist

Work From Home setup

Monday to Friday | 10 PM to 7 AM

Responsibilities:

• Review Quotation Documents

• Get pertinent information from documents and transfer it to a proposal template

• Review proposal document to ensure everything is accurate

• Track proposals created

• Coordinate with onshore counterparts as needed

• Other adhoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups.)

• Superior written and verbal commination

• Focused on customer service and overall customer experience

• High attention to detail
