Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Protection Services (DPS) Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) to assess, optimize, and operationalize an enterprise backup and data protection environment. The successful consultant will evaluate the current data protection architecture, align configurations with vendor and industry best practices, and ensure operational readiness of the customer’s IT operations team. This role includes leading knowledge transfer activities and developing comprehensive operational runbooks to enable long-term, independent support of the solution.
