You’ll be working for a reputable market-leader within the construction industry who is looking for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to be based in Malaysia to join its rapidly expanding business.

Your new role

Data collection, data mapping, vendor management reviews and setting standards in compliance with GDPR and PDPA

Local data privacy laws and advise on privacy impact assessments.

Primary point of contact for data protection

Liaising with privacy lawyers for advice on local data privacy law issues

Conduct data privacy audits according to ISO 27001

What you'll need to succeed

4–10 years’ experience in Data Governance, Protection and Compliance

Knowledge of audit, control and security standards
