Shape personalized AI and tech updates for our 5M+ developers. We need an experienced Data Scientist to drive our machine learning, personalization, and experimentation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines, focusing on personalization, recommendation, and ranking models.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science with strong statistical and ML foundations.
- 3–6 years of experience developing and deploying ML models at scale.
- Proficient in Python and handling large structured/unstructured datasets (PySpark/Spark/Hive preferred).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
