The Translational Pathology Biomarker Testing Laboratory (TPBTL) is seeking a highly motivated, multidisciplinary Bioinformatics Data Scientist. This role focuses on the development, implementation, and execution of biomarker testing for drug programs in early phase clinical development. The position supports immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) assay development and clinical testing within a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and validate immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) assays.
+ Perform daily use of microscopes and imaging systems, including commercial image analysis software.
+ Plan and execute laboratory experiments, collect data, and present results to internal teams.
+ Maintain current knowledge in Molecular & Cellular Biology, Cancer Biology, and Pathology.
