This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable navigating relational databases, working in modern data environments, and independently slicing and dicing data to support smarter execution.
You'll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams to design better processes, improve efficiency, and drive real impact through data. As you demonstrate strong performance and ownership, you'll have the opportunity to hire and manage 2–3 junior associates, leading execution of your designs and overseeing day-to-day operational work.
